Came with my mum and mother of the groom for the MOG dress and the ladies were incredibly helpful. The dresses are gorgeous and so much choice!!!

What a wonderful visit. Emma and Allison were brilliant. I went to 'look' and after discussing what I wanted/liked/the venue etc the perfect dress was shown to me. I originally posted this review straight after we went which was ages ago but I don't think Google thought it was serious. This is all 100% true and I have photos.
If you'd like berating, shouting at and belittling; this is the perfect place for you. We had Bev & Caroline. Poor Caroline kept getting told off by Bev throughout. Honestly this ruined the experience for me, my mum and future MIL. We went thinking we'd get some freedom over what to try on, but after telling Bev their styles she proceeded to choose exactly what they didn't want and then shout at all of us throughout our appointment. During every dress she was constantly asking 'so, is this the one' - she was clearly trying to make a sale and didn't care if we even liked the dresses. At one point me and my mum were having a quiet word, Bev turned around and bellowed 'can we please bring ourselves back into the room' this was really patronising. It's meant to be a fun experience.
Bev kept ignoring my mum's pleas to try the size 12 instead of 10, as she didn't want to sacrifice eating at the wedding breakfast and knew the size she had on while fine for 10 mins would be far too tight for 12 hours or more. Bev proceeded to stuff her entire arm down my mum's back and bellow 'I can fit my whole arm down there!'.
At another point my MIL stated the dress she had on was a bit much for her personal style and Bev just shouted in her face 'it's not too much you're the mother of the groom!!'. Bev completely ruined our experience, this was the only experience I had dress shopping with my mum and MIL and it was truly horrendous. We are able to laugh about it now, but it has made me warn every friend and family member I know to not visit this shop. I'm sure the other staff are competent but Bev's attitude completely ruined it for us.

A year on from finding my Mother of the Bride dress at New Image, Emma helped me to find not one but two gorgeous dresses, as Mother of the Groom at the church ceremony in Mexico and then at the UK wedding. She's so good at seeing what would work, and found exactly what I needed.

I had a wonderful afternoon choosing a mother of the bride dress from a wide selection of special occasion outfits. Alison showed great skill and patience in guiding me through all the options and my confidence steadily grew throughout my time there. She helped me to realise that I could look not just good but wonderful. I even bought a hat which I picked up today. Looks fab! Me in a hat - unbelievable!!
