I came over for a holiday from America. My friend booked me in for a appointment to view dresses for my daughters wedding as I had been having a tough time finding one in the US . The ladies at the shop were so warm and welcoming and put us at ease with the knowledge they showed  when selecting dresses for my size and shape they made it so fun and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience  I would  highly recommend them to everyone. Had the most wonderful experience at new image for the second time. I went to this shop  for mob outfit ,my criteria trendy ,no spring chick ,,normal lumps and bumps dont want to look like les dawson in drag ,want to make my daughter proud despite showing the style ,design colours  of outfits I wanted ,,the sales assistant proceeded to bring out her 3 visions of what I should wear,just didn't accommodate my needs ,looked like hyacinth bouquet on a bad day ,when I said I didn't like them ,she then told me it was my body shape needed better fitting underwear ,offered me an underwear shop to go to ?  ,my shoes weren't right ,I needed a big hat when really it was the inappropriate choices and lack of styles she was dressing me in ,then the hard sell you've left it too late ,here's your choices get back by the end of the day ,I left totally disorientated ,upset ,went to another bridal boutique in the afternoon ,professional ,lovely  designers,selections,colours first outfit I tried perfect ,restored my faith in  human nature .my advice shop around ,

Julie and Lesley were spectacular! We had been in medowhall for hours and just decided to randomly come to this lovely little shop. Both ladies were so welcoming and sorted us out with two outfits for my lovely mum- one for my wedding on one for her grand daughters. Excellent service, beautiful outfits and excellent service.
