We had a lovely appointment today. Thank you for your kindness to mum. Emma was stellar, even holding her hand as she put her shoes on, and boosting her confidence in every outfit which she herself brought down to save mum taking the stairs. Such excellent customer service, but more than that, empathy and kindness. It was a lovely experience. Thank you.
