RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You may return your full price items for a refund up to 7 days providing all original tickets are attached and the garments are unworn. After this date and up to 28 days a credit note will be issued. Statutory rights are not affected.

SALE ITEMS

Goods will be exchanged up to 14 days.

70% REDUCTION

These items are none returnable.

HATS and FASCINATORS

Due to Hygiene reasons, we do not refund or exchange the items.

DEPOSITS

Deposits are none refundable, a credit note will be issued to use on a future purchase.

CREDIT NOTES

Please ask and check expiry date.
